Frequently asked questions
Answers to the main questions about MetaHub, early access and the roadmap
What is MetaHub?
An operating system for companies: tasks, clients, documents, finance and AI agents run on a shared data core with a single access-rights model. You switch on only the apps your company needs.
What already works today?
The team workspace: tasks and projects, documentation, clients, invoices, contractor payouts, financial registers with P&L, resource rental, the personal cabinet, and the AI agent in Telegram. This isn't a promise — we work in it ourselves every day.
What do the “in progress” and “planned” badges mean?
“In progress” is functionality we are actively building right now (CRM, support, app bundles, self-host). “Planned” is a confirmed direction without active development yet (HRM, websites, marketplace). We deliberately show the roadmap honestly — no invented screenshots.
How much does it cost?
Free for now: early access is in progress and no credit card is required. Pricing will arrive with billing; early users will learn the terms first, with no sudden changes.
How does the AI agent work, and is it safe?
The agent is a full platform user: it acts through dedicated tools and sees only what its rights allow — enforced at the database level, not in a prompt. Every action is recorded in the audit log. Today the agent is available in Telegram.
Can I install MetaHub on my own servers?
It is in active development. The model: the cloud version as it is today, plus a full self-host installation on your company's servers under your own domain. If this matters to you — write to us; we are forming the early list.
Who owns my data? Is there an export?
The data is yours. Export is available at any moment, and the absence of lock-in is an architectural principle of the platform, not a marketing promise.
What kinds of companies is MetaHub for?
Any company with a team — from service teams and agencies to commerce, product companies and businesses with a rental contour. Start with one team workspace, switch on the apps you need, grow into a structure of departments.
Which languages are supported?
The interface is available in Ukrainian and English. The language switcher is in the site header and in your profile settings.
How do I start?
Sign up and create your team's workspace — it takes a few minutes and it's free. Then invite your colleagues and switch on the apps you need.
